SHIPPING POLICY — MAVO PREMIUM ART

OVERVIEW
All orders are shipped from Switzerland. We operate a made-to-order production model, meaning each artwork is produced individually before shipment.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders require a production time of 1–2 business days before dispatch.

During this time, each artwork is carefully produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Switzerland: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 4–6 business days
- International: 6–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Switzerland:
- Orders under CHF 100: CHF 4.99 shipping fee
- Orders over CHF 100: Free shipping

Europe & International:
Shipping costs vary depending on destination country and package weight. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

PACKAGING
All artworks are packaged with premium protective materials.

- Posters are shipped in rigid protective tubes or boxes designed for prints
- Framed artworks are securely packaged in reinforced protective packaging to ensure safe delivery

ORDER PREPARATION
Each order is individually produced and carefully handled before shipment. In some cases, items may be inspected and documented prior to dispatch to ensure quality control.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for transit delays.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
In the event of a lost package, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost, a replacement order will be sent at no additional cost.

REDELIVERY / ISSUES
Each case involving damage, delay, or delivery issues is handled individually. Please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
