Return & Refund Policy — MAVO

1. Overview
We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order printed artwork and framed prints), returns are only accepted in specific cases outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item delivered due to our error
- In the same condition as received

All artworks are produced to order and carefully inspected, photographed, and in some cases approved prior to shipment to ensure quality control.

3. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order products (except in case of damage or defect)
- Items damaged after delivery by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

In most cases, a return is not required. We will instead send a replacement or correct the issue at no additional cost.

We may request photo or video evidence for verification purposes.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In most cases, a return is not required as replacements are issued directly.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest solution is to request a replacement (if eligible) or place a new order.

8. Refunds
If a return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval

Banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the process.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

9. European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

This does not apply to **custom-made or personalized items** once production has started with customer approval.
